Thanks for replying. I see what you are saying in Affinity Photos. I only have Affinity Designer, is there anyway to sketch the edge in Affinity Designer?

In the photo, I want to have s sketch of the seedling. Then use the sketch somewhere else. The only way I can think of is to use Pen Tool to create another layer. But are there any more efficient way? If I use pen tool to sketch the seedling, it's easier with a white background. Can I use "adjustment" to make the background white or transparent?

Hello, I would like to make something like below: a colored rectangle with line evenly spaced inside. My thinking is to combine a table and a transparent colored rectangle together. But are there any table I can readily use in AD or I can import one from Pages of Mac? Or simply draw a line ? To be frank, I don't know how to draw a straight line in affinity designer.

Hello pros, I tried to reproduce this edge circled but can't make it. Does anyone know how to make it? I used pen tool but can't make it so natural. Can I combine "brush" tool on up right to make this edge?
