[Clone tool difficulties]

If you have the apple keyboard on the iPad Pro pressing the option key let’s you set the source point with the pencil.

There seems to be an issue with setting the clone source using an Apple Pencil a short/medium or long touch does not set the source. Strange as using a finger works perfectly 

[Font Name Displaying in Chinese in Properties Box]

Seems to be related  to all fonts  installed in affinity designer 1 - choosing one of these switches all the font descriptors to Chinese apple or otherwise, I uninstalled all the fonts in designer 1 (note designer 2 shows no fonts installed ) and reinstalled them via designer 2 seem to have cured the problem. The red font is because designer cant find the font possibly deleting the original designer 1 might remove its installed fonts as well?

Sorry its factory reset under the document menu that restores the menu , thing it might relate to fonts installed with designer 1 as they don’t show in the installed fonts in the designer 2 presences

Got the same issue reset defaults restores theEnglish menu but selecting another font reverts back to chinese
 

[Export settings on iPad 10” ipadpro]

In export screen when change to the units settings from px eg. Inches cm mm etc I can change the output size to 18” for example , however hitting return results in the new size immediately being turned back to px so results in a image size of 18 px in this example

Changing the export size of an image using the inches mm cm etc seems to result in the measure number being maintained but the size always remaining in pixels so if I set 18 inches  the image will be 12 pixels wide  am I missing something.
