  1. I am new to Affinity, just purchased my digital download. First time I have used this software and am loading raw files from a Canon 80d body. The photo loads, then when I try to apply a filter, in this case "tone", I get a not responding message. What is wrong? I am ready to ask for my refund as this is very unsatisfying.
