Its just a plug and play old monitor used for consuming media plugged in using HDMI-to-VGA adapter. No colour correction or any sort of advanced settings used.

Finally today my Affinity Apps (Publisher/Designer/Photo) IS RESPONDING. I realised that the problem started when I attached and additional monitor using using the HDMI port. When I detach the second monitor the Apps work perfectly.

Some how this morning when I tried to use the App it responded, However, just now when I wanted to use the app again it is NOT RESPONDING again. Did as done by ACDesignerStudio (above)but still the App(Publisher) is NOT RESPONDING. Appreciate any assistance to resolve the issue. mnj

Same goes to Photo and Designer. Nothing in the CrashReports/reports folder

Its the same. Cant even create new docs

Incidentally my Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo are also not responding now.

Still yielding the same outcome.

I have been using Affinity Publisher for some time and no problem with it until today when the App is "Not Responding" Request advice and/or assistance to resolve the problem. Regards, mnj.

Hi Leigh, Yes, I have recently updated to 1.8. Actually this problem after the application was updated to 1.8. Is it advisable that I revert to the earlier Version ? To d that do I need to uninstall Version 1.8 ?

The application/software do not start or open when I clicked the AP Apps. This my fourth projects, a publication of about 150 pages of A5 size. Can somebody please help me on how to get it working again and/or guide me to resolve the problem. Appreciate all assistance.

When I first installed the Affinity Publisher app, the "Column" icon appeared in the toolbar. But now if I open the files I am working on the Column icon do not appear anymore How do I recover and make the Column icon back on the toolbar?
