  1. Thank you so much, that worked! The order of the layers was indeed the problem. It would be a great option to be able to choose the TOC order manually based on text styles. I hope they add this in the future.
  2. Hi, I'm having a problem with the order in which TOC items appear. I have a Table of Contents with two headings. In my document, heading 1 is above heading 2. However, in the TOC some heading 2 items appear BEFORE heading 1. As far as I know, there's is no way to change this order manually. As you can see in this screenshot, the first 3 items should be below the first bold heading, and the last item below that (page 21) should be below the second bold heading. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.
  3. I would like to see a cross reference option as well. For me this is very important.
