  1. Thank you, I provided it to Dev and the problem has been resolved. I was simply not scaling correctly. Not an AP issue. :)

  3. A group banner, which fb doesn't specifically refer to (they reference only 'Regular photos' (?) and 'Cover photos' (?)), so I researched on the internet and repeatedly came across the dimensions 1200 px x 628 px as fb required dimensions for banner photos. So much for that eh?!
  4. ...and thank you all for your patience! Very kind of you!
  5. You gentlemen are stars! I've just changed the file dimensions to 2048 px x 1502 px, which is my original Capture One export size...and bingo! Thank you for all your help! Have a great day!
  6. I've just verfied, I'm not. AP has created a 345.73 kb file, fb stipulates less than 100 kb, how can I reduce my file size in AP without having to redo everything?
  7. Huummmm, so how do I get an AP created image/banner to display correctly on fb? I am already posting in FB's stipulated format.
  8. As previously stated, in my AP no artifacts are showing, I have posted the image HERE (above) and they are.
  9. That is known, however, as mentioned above, I have uploaded the image here (above) and it is still showing artifacts.
  10. Thank you MEB, if you look closely around the text, the .jpeg I have uploaded to you (above) is showing artifacts. There are no artifacts showing in my AP fie within the program, which leads me to belive the problem is in the exporting. I am uploading to my group on FB, flowing the file size stipulations lain out by them.
  11. I don't use Dropbox, I can send it by email. That is the problem, why is it showing heavy compression (if you refer to noise around the text).
  12. I have created a new documet in AP and Placed an image into it. Upon creating text, I find that once exported (.jpeg and regardless of export location) there is digital noise surrounding that text. The only work around I have found is to apply one of the Styles to the background in order to hide that noise, which is not convient for what I want to do. I am working at 1200 px x 628 px, Dpi 72. Which are all pretty standard for web exports. Solution(s)? (See attachment)
  13. Dimansions: 1200 px/628 px Dpi 72 (all as I've always used for this task). Resize parameters identical. It's for web. I created the image in AP from scratch, with only a 'Place' of the image. This is something I do weekly, I've had this issue once before, nothing has changed in the process I use weekly.
  14. Definetly after exporting, but it is showing 231 %, although I've never touched that. NOt sure what teh layer blend mode is. Can I just reduce that percentage, (I imagine after highlighting my text)?
  15. Hello, in creating a banner with text, why am I seeing 'digital noise' surrounding all the text I've entered? Thanks
  16. Can anyone advise as to where and how to install The Vector Lab Iconic templates into AD? Or do they remain in OS files? Thanks
  17. Did I sound serious? Thanks for your input though, conscending as it may be.
