Are there something simillar in Designer like the effects - transform tool of Illustrator?

The FX is preserved but not its radius
-
1- I apply a fx inner glow to a rectangle shape with x radius
2- I apply x distorsion filter to that shape
3- AP rasterizes the shape and apply the filter
4- I am not happy with the filter so I go back with the history tool to step 1
5- AP doesn't respect the previus radius setting so I have to set it again.
It's a little pain in the ass because I am playing with the filters and I have to resetting the radius every time I go back in history.
I don't know if I am doing something wrong or it is a bug.

You must set the same color as the other side of the gradient.
In your case, if the initial color is black, you must set the black on the other side gradient, even though its opacity will be zero and the color will be completely transparent. It works, tyvm. I was trying with white all the time.

It looks like you do not have a transparent background
My problem is no that. It is I need full black to transparency without intermediate colours
