sorry if this is not what you requested, I am a beginner on here and not a computer wiz kid

I am watching the photoshop video " Affinity Photo green screen removal" and everything is fine until it comes to the REFINE button which is shown on the top line next to the contiguous button but it is not shown on my screen I have been to the studio and all the filters to no avail has anyone on here any advice Thanks
