Hmm. When i open the photos in affinity, the raw converter opens and when I pull up the shadows there‘s still is a lot of information. In iMazing I see the raws in the system files, but when I navigate to the favorites folder, still inside iMazing, there are only jpegs.. thats odd, isn‘t it?

I have a sony a7 III Apparently the photos app doesnt support the ARW files, because sending from camera roll over airdrop to my macbook also only gives ne the JPGs. I shoot and import raw+jpeg to the ipad. i am curious if you can send your raws via airdrop.

Going through the „shortcuts menu“ is two more additional steps. I‘d like to have AP directly next to evernote, dropbox etc. and right now it only opens the jpg, not the RAW. Bildschirmfoto 2019-04-29 um 01.43.02

Now I‘m wondering if there is a more convenient way to do the following things: invert the mask from white to black for an adjustment layer directly in the layers studio or even start the mask already inverted? Is there a more comfortable way to switch between black and white while working on a mask? Maybe something like 1-finger-modifier to select the opposite color?

The way I use photoshop the most, is with adjustment layers masked off completely and then drawing in what I want to show using the paint brush with low opacity and flow. is there a similar workflow with AP on iPad? if not: how would you guys apply a curves layer to just a specific part? Even with a selection I don‘t see the option to turn it into a mask. The video tutorials seem to miss this topic aswell. thanks!

This sounds very promising, but unfortunately I can‘t find out how you got to that screen. Does one need a separate app for it? I doubt you mean Apples Siri shortcut app. Thanks! EDIT: found out the „Shortcuts“ app is not just for Siri. I now recreated the shortcut, but unforutnately it neither shows up for RAWs nor for JPGs in the photos app share window. does it work for you?

I am interested in this exact workflow. as of writing this I also can‘t see how to get my image from Mylio to AP. iOS sharing window shows Lightroom for instance. When will AP be available in this window?
