Maybe i'm missing something but what's the reasoning for these fillings? It makes the whole panel seem more cluttered and adds cognitive load.

Oh, i see. Starting from inside is a nice workaround for now. I can work with that, thank you very much!

1.7.0.293 I can't drag and select multiple objects that are inside any artboard. It works selecting manually by holding SHIFT. By dragging, i can only select the artboard. Outside the artboard everything works great. Found out that if you create objects outside the artboard and move them inside it allows me to drag and select all of them as usual.
