Remove Haze - Inconsistent results

Hello, when I use filter Remove Haze, but he has inconsisten result. Sometimes works well and sometimes not. (too pale sky, color shift, etc. Even when I have almost the same picture I get different result See uploaded image. Do you have same experience?
