Thanks for your latest tip too - I'm off to read up now. In the meantime, what took me hours and hours before (trying to get everything to line up), will be a breeze now. I have two new styles created, so I will simply enter all my text, apply the correct styles, and then tab the indented lines over. I'm so happy! The screenshot below show the end result.
Thank you very much!

You have been a HUGE help. I will work with this and let you know how I fare. (I assume fine, since Publisher is so well thought-out!). Many thanks!

Thank you- a follow up question if I may. If I create a print ready PDF that a professional printer will use, will they need to have the corresponding font installed? Or will the PFD render them ok as-is? (or perhaps there is a check box I need to click to ensure the page prints at 300 dpi?). Our "brand standard" font of Franklin Gothic URW supports a circle glyph, but it sits way too high (and is too small) to use (screenshot below).

I need to create a referral pad with a few hundred options - each of which require a large circle that can be filled in with pen/pencil. Some items will wrap (so, no circle on the second line) and some will be indented (so, the circle needs to move right, too). I'm sure I'm overthinking the solution - but, I've tried working with bullets and numbers to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks.
In the screenshot below, the circles were created using the eclipse tool (which I know is not the right way to do it!)

Thank you, Bruce! That fixed it. I run two external monitors at my M-F job, and one external at home. So, it never occurred to me that if it was showing up when I had one connected, that it wouldn't with two connected. I disconnected both monitors and there it was! I repositioned it just a bit, reconnected the external monitors, and I'm back in business. Again - thank you!

I'm running Publisher v 1.7.1 on Mojave 10.14.5. Everything was working perfectly on Friday - but this morning my toolbar is missing. As you can see in the screenshot below, it is enabled. I tried "reseting" Publisher, but that didn't resolve the issue. Is there a preference or something that might need to be trashed?

Many thanks. Maybe something to think about adding? Love the beta- looking forward to the release version.

In Publisher for Mac, is there a way to lock down the workspace? That is, I don't want the document to slide around my desktop when I my finger slides over the top of my mouse. See this very short video to see what I'm referring to.

I'm actually a web designer who has been asked to create some marketing materials - so this is all new to me (please be kind - I know this is elementary!). I created a two page document using two colors that will be professionally printed. I used CMYK/8 thinking that's what professional printers wanted. There is a light gray background image (it is a placed EPS file), a logo embedded (EPS) and two small pieces of JPG artwork (because I don't have EPS versions). As with other jobs that our marketers have sent to other printers, I export as a print-ready PDF with bleed (I've attached a screenshot of part of the flyers as a png). Each marketer uses local printers- this one responded:
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated - as mentioned, this is all new to me.
