There's also a problem with hiding and unveiling layers where the scroll bar covers the check boxes and you have to steady the mouse arrow before making your selections. It constantly throws a wrench in your work flow.

Hi there!

I'm not a graphic designer, so my issue may have a super simple solution of which I'm not aware. When I resize an image that I created, this happens:

I don't know if it's the program or if I've turned something on/off, but if anyone knows how to help, I'd certainly appreciate your wisdom.
