  1. tried reinstalling publisher and it still crashes when I open the assets panel, no warning no crash dialogue just shuts down, I know it's got to be my personal assets I created that is still somewhere somehow getting pick up with the fresh install. If there are some files left there when I uninstalled it where do I find them to reinstall from scratch. Do I have to reinstall all 3 programs to get rid of the bad asset or is there additional stuff I have to get rid of. Or how do I do a clean install to get back to the default config.
  2. The stock image panel cashes applications when I try to drag out a stock image. Motile labtop with Ryzen 5 mobile processor with Radeon vaga graphics 16 gigs of ram 500 gig m.2 ssd. Work around by double clicking thumbnails and copy paste from site. All applications this effects.
  3. The email on some of my affinity programs have wrong email (a dead email) does this affect me installing them on new computer
  4. I believe my computer has those specs except the screen maybe it's just my athlon 2 is a dog of a processor was a bad processor in its day then and is now. The Affinity does run on it but some times it chugs and sticks, I have to open task manager to get my tablet back working when it freezes that does get it back running don't even have to end it, mostly freezes when I move layers panel back to dock. Ya the screen makes it cramped (resolution to low) but still better then illustrator.
  5. Cool thanx, could you suggest a good minimum power requirement I need to get reasonable response, my crappy computer is doing a lot of slowdown running affinity software. I have a Toshiba Satellite C655 With a AMD Athlon 2 p30 2.20Ghz with 8 gigs of ram and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series graphics
  6. Can I move affinity to another computer? I was thinking on getting a bigger computer and want to install affinity programs to that one.
