  1. The Gaussian blur live filter appears blocky when: the filter is set to Preserve Alpha and the object is masked with a Vector object (doesn't seem to affect raster masks). - Easiest to replicate with smaller masks (discovered this while working with UI). - The amount of blur dictates how blocky the image is. But whether it's 2px or 20px, artifacts still do appear. - It does affect exported files. - "Blockiness" intensifies with magnification. Magnification does not affect exported files. Screenshots for reference.
  2. I've been working on a map that was exported from QGIS as an SVG in Affinity Designer. I've been having problems exporting a PDF from my file. Here is what it looks like on the screen (in Affinity): And here is the PDF output Any Ideas?
