  1. Find a demonstration in the video attached. When I drag the Affinity Designer window from my laptop's monitor to an external monitor and then zoom or resize the window, the displayed elements and wireframes desynchronize. The visual display is not where it is supposed to be. I remember having this on Windows as well. affinity-bug.mp4
  2. Hello, I'm new to Affinity but already fan of it. Nevertheless I find a bug that get me things harder. The bug is Affinity cannot correctly display an image when using my external monitor and a zoom factor less or equal to 100%. When zoom is greater than 100% the image fit the window, but when it is less than 100% the image is reduced in the up left corner of the window, I join 2 capture, one is with zoom to 100%, the other is after stroking "CMD +" Regards, Marc
  3. Hi, I am a new user of Affinity Photo and would be very impressed other than for one really frustrating bug. The image I am working on frequently simply slides off the canvas leaving one small corner left on display - always on the top left corner. The rest of the canvas is shown with the checkerboard canvas. This behaviour is triggered at any random point of editing - I might be using the brush, or zooming, or pretty much anything. Once the image slides off the canvas, it is impossible to get it back. Nothing works - move tool, zooming, not even resetting the history to the very first step. It doesn't happen every time I use Affinity Photo, but often enough to make it completely frustrating and hugely annoying if I am at an advanced stage of editing. I am attaching a screenshot of the latest instance to show what I mean. Sadly, I am close to giving up:-( I am using an iMac Pro running OS 11.1.2 Alan
  4. Hi, I cannot see the complete picture in the canvas. And it's not a problem of canvas size, or adjusting to canvas, if I change canvas size it still can't be seen. I have tried everything but without results. Could anyone help me?? You can see what I see in the picture below. Best, Francesc
  5. Hello! I'm new to Affinity, and i have a problem with it. I'm using Affinity Photo, purchased on Microsoft Store The workspace doesn't work properly when showing the image i opened. The brushes also didn't work with the workspace. However, the image and the brush traces are displayed correctly on the navigator panel and the workspace starts working properly when i zoom in to 100% and up. I also took some screenshots: screenshot 1 and 2 are the same problem: the navigator displays the picture/brush traces correctly while the workspace mostly shows transparent. screenshot 3 only shows that the workspace shows the image correctly when zoomed in. I'm looking forward for your solution and sorry if my english was bad. Thanks! Faris
