High Sierra:10.13 (17A405) iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), 16Gb Affinity: 1.5.5 This happens seemingly randomly and sadly I can't find a reason for it. Some Affinity projects will freeze the app with the beachball when you go to export slices. It only happens if the slices contain a @2x scale factor and a Force Quit is required when this happens. I would attach a crash report but sadly there are none from Affinity in my logs folder yet. I'm seeing this quite often with several different new Affinity projects since High Sierra was installed on my machine.
Hi there, I use Affinity Designer more than one year now - it is really a great software! I spent a lot of time trying to change export resolution. According to Apple Documentation, resolution of all image sizes should be always "one point (1/72 of an inch)" - https://developer.apple.com/ios/human-interface-guidelines/graphics/image-size-and-resolution/ My document setup is 72 dpi. If I export slices in @2x and @3x size - the resolution is changed to 144 pixels/inch for @2x file and 216 pixels/inch for @3x. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug in AD? Thanks, Filip
Hello everyone, So I'm an iOS developer, which means I need to save image for retina display. My problem here, is that if I have an image (let's say 1264 × 2248) and this is my retina size (@3x) I want this image into @2x and @1x. The thing is, if I save, it create bigger image (it consider my 1264 × 2248 as @1x) and tells me that resolution is too low for @2x; because it make bigger rather than smaller. Is there a way to do it fine ? Other than resizing each time manually, which would make Affinity Photo useless...
