  1. Pour redimensionner une image, et en voulant choisir l’unité (cm ou pixel), le logiciel se ferme soudainement; le même problème existe dans AD et AP voir la pièce jointe.
  2. Hello all, I found two BIG bugs: 1) Affinity Photo crashes when I want to change the CANVAS size of a document – as well in an existing document as in a new one. It allows me to change it once, e.g. Pixel to Picas, but as soon I change it one more time, it crashes. Pixel, picas, crash. Millimeter, Zentimeter, crash ... 2) Even worse: Trying to change the DOCUMENT'S size, the sliders on the left disappear! While it is normal to have 3 sliders for height and width and dpi, two of them (h+w) disappear one after another, when I change the units of measurement for the second time (see above). Pixel, Punkt: width-slider gone. One more click to Picas: height-slider gone. And they don't come back again! I am only able to change the dpi ... It is the german Version 2.3.1 on an iPad Pro (5th), and yes, I turned the iPad on and off again. I hadn’t had this before. Can anybody help me? PLEASE! It is very urgent! Thank you!!!
  3. When I choose to resize a document and select the ‘measurement options’ eg: point, cm, inches etc the program crashes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? iPad pro with iOS 17.2 - Affinity Designer 2.3.0
  4. Basically my issue is in the title. As soon as I select resize canvas and change to millimetres it crashes. Every single time. Please help.

  6. Hi all, I’m on Affinity Designer (AD) v2.2.1 and I keep having these crashes whenever I try to change the unit when resizing any of my files, just after 2 taps then AD would crash. I’m on Ipad M2 Pro with 2TB storage, 16GB RAM, iOS 16.6.1, with only AD and Chrome running so I don’t think it’s a RAM thing. All my files are in 300 dpi so nothing too crazy, but the crash happens to all the files regardless (please see video for reference, I only filmed 3 files for smaller attachment size but it happens to all files.) I will also attach below the 3 most recent crash report I can gather using the tutorial. Of course I’m on AD trial but I do plan to purchase it after the trials. However the inability to resize is making me rethink my decision as it is a crucial function to me So far I saw another user also getting the same issue with his Affinity Photos since 17th OCT and still no solutions yet, his configuration is different than mine yet we have almost the same issue. I hope this can get resolve soon RPReplay_Final1698835890.mp4 Crash Report - Designer iPad-2023-11-01-164333.ips Crash Report - Designer iPad-2023-11-01-155714.ips Crash Report - Designer iPad-2023-11-01-164306.ips
