About Me
I am a Visual Artist based in the North of England. The core of my practice is the creation three-dimensional work, often from reclaimed materials, and sometimes incorporating interactive or kinetic elements. My wider practice encompasses installation, public art, furniture, moving-image, sound, printmaking and creative engagement.
My current practice is focused on exploration of the concepts of Nature, Anthropogenic effect at the scale of global influence and Mankind’s Place in The Natural World.
My other interests include entomology and I work on various conservation projects including pollinator monitoring and invertebrate recording. As artist in residence for the RSPB I focus on engaging the public with the overlooked flora and fauna of the Peak District National Park.
