I have a very crazy theory about this and it has nothing to do with Affinity programs themselves but I need time to test it. I'll tell you the results when I tried it -
Nither did I. one day it was working just fine, The next day I woke up and it was broken. And only Affinity Photo on my laptop. Everything else worked good

That is all fine and dandy but I would like to know why the program just broke on my randomly when I didn't change anything Like this virsion was working just fine. Also I literally can't use this, because My Affinity Photo is from Microsoft store.

In my first post I said I already did the reset factory thing, I also mentioned a second detail which was that I got it from Microsoft store. And since Microsoft store is ... let's say awful, it does NOT grant me access to my files so I can't actually see the Affinity Photo files unlike Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer.

Nothing. Also it can't be that, because if it was that the case these questions would arise: 1. Why did it work just fine until 4 days ago when no new updates have came out? 2. Why are Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer are uneffected? 3. Why would a GTX 1050 4GB be unable to use this? Like i did disable the thing, but it didn't work.

I tried updating my GPU driver and.... nothing... absolutly nothing happened. I even made sure it was using the GPU but yeah. Crashes still happen.

I mean, I will update my drivers but the thing is that I am running the latest update on both of my devices and on Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer too and photo worked fine until like 3 days ago and only Affinity photo on my laptop has this issue while my PC's driver hadn't been updated for the past year.

Greeting! Recently I've been facing a weird issue with Affinity Photo. Crashes. Crashes out of nowhere. Since 2 days ago. Affinity photo crashes left and right and basically in any situation and if I manage to get passed the splash screen, it crashes shortly after. I have the virsion from Microsoft Store since that's the only place I can actually buy from. I reinstalled that and did And reset everything. NOTHING. Absulotly nothing. The program crashes pretty fast. Even before I can make a single move. File type doesn't matter either apearently. cause .afphoto , .png , .tif , .tiff all crash this program. Nothing has changed from the days it worked. I'm still running Windows 10 pro. I am on the same virsion as before but now it just crashes. Any solutions?

I see. Well, I waited some time for my camera to be added and my use of Persian is pretty limited but hey! Glad it's in the pipline. -

Hello. I recently got the rest of Affinity suite which means Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer. Than I realized that a very basic but niche feature is missing. Right-To-Left support. Well I can work around this by throwing my text at Krita export as a high res TIFF than throw it anything Affinity. This works fine for small bits of text but if you are working with something like an article, it's a very annoying issue. Shout outs to the absolute hero on https://rtlfixer.com for creating a fix for it sadly this isn't a viable option for me since this program is not available for purchase in anywhere usable for me. In some Adobe stuff you can change the text engine to support it. In Krita it just there by default. Sadly that is not an option on Affinity. I know RTL isn't as main stream but a good chunk of people still use it. Please consider adding it to the suite. If you want to recommend me some softwares to basically cheat my way threw this problem keep in mind that any paid thing that isn't on steam or Microsoft store is absolutly useless to me and anything on MAC is even more useless. Still this isn't about finding a solution, this is a request for a basic feature.

Hello. I was looking for photoshop alternatives since Adobe refuses to sell lifetime license stuff until I found this. unfortunately, my camera AKA Canon 200D is not supported. My only available OS is windows so I can't rely on Apple core to take care of my RAW files. So I want to know when will my camera be added to the supported list and if I can use TIFF (8-bit, 16-bit or 32-bit float) format instead of RAW until my camera is added.
