Yes it is 1.6x. sorry.
AP and Rawtherapee is different, from the example photo please look at the sky on top right. It is much more different in real photo.

I'm using v 1.6x but still histogram to left.
But this is not just histogram the image itself is too dark.

I have the same problem.
My camera Canon 80D my file is CR2. Open in Nomacs, Rawtherapee the histogram are the same or almost the same but open in Affinity Photo it is too dark.

Do not blame to 64 bit driver while something like paint.net can do this.
The software author may just want to leave us.
Something stupid like DPI cannot change on export image problem is since 2016 but today it still exists.

The other problem is when place (from menu) or drag photo to be new layer, the new photo layer is too much bigger than the first one. The photo resolution is the same, DPI is the same but drag drop and boom... it is too large. I have to scale it down, arrange it to the same position on EVERY new photo layer.
