[Looking at moving to Affinity]

I the moment I use Photoshop to produce my templates I am looking for an alternative, as I do not want to keep paying subscriptions, so I am now looking at other software

 

Can you please advise if the following can be done with Affinity software:

 

I need to modify pictures, cut out, remove background resize

I need to Copy layer from one file to a new one

I need to produce each part of my template to an exact size (pixels)

I need to place each part to an exact position from top left corner (xy coordinate)

I need to Export different layers to .png files
