Copy and paste table cell style without the text?

Hi OdFori :)

I don't believe this is currently possible in Affinity Publisher, you can copy and paste the whole tables style, but not on a cell by cell basis.

Also curious if there is any thing on the planning for Serif to implement cell styles into Publisher, as a subset of 'format styles'.

I'll move this thread to our Feature Request section of the forums for our devs to see and consider!

Please Note: I am now out of the office until Tuesday 2nd April on annual leave.

If you require urgent assistance, please create a new thread and a member of our team will be sure to assist asap.

Many thanks :)

Let us combine this feature request with the one linked below..

I think there is tremendous possibility here and I see how this would/should work directly in my imagination.

Please contact me, Serif. I want to be involved in this. And not just as an usual user feedback. I wanted a revolt against Adobe for a long time but I am powerless on my own. Help me do something with this ambition.

*BUMP!*

Cell styles (and other tables items styles) are really important.

2 simple examples, that need flexibility and styles since there's no really pattern to reuse but the header and base text style:

(now, I'm asking myself why I imported this IDML file in APub to test the table feature…)

Cell styles for crosswords, you canapply "White" to all at once, and later navigate and use shortcut to apply black.
