Wizaerd
I am trying to update my Affinity Photo and Designer to 1.7.3 and the setup fails. No reason given, doesn't even look like it tries, just immediatley a Setup Failed popup on both of them. I've tried just running them, running htem as administrator, nothing seems to work. walt.farrell
Rebooting Windows before trying the install may help. I would reboot then try running the installer as Administrator. If that doesn't work, you can press and hold the Windows key and press R to get a Run box. Type or paste %temp%\AffinitySetup into the box and press OK. A File Explorer window will open, with some directories containing the setup logs. If you look at Setup.log and SetupUI.log in the newest directory you should find a more descriptive error message. You could upload the files here, or search for "Error" and report the complete message. Wizaerd
Please see my attached logs. Nothing seems to jump out as an issue other than the Setup Failed in the bottom SetupUI.log Setup.log
Wizaerd
Even after rebooting and trying multiples times, I just now did it again and now it's working... ugh, sometimes I really hate computers... lol
