Staff Leigh Posted October 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2019 If you're seeing the message Supported Windows Version Not Found when installing our apps, you will need to update your version of Windows to a supported version: Affinity Store version Windows® 10 (1607 Anniversary update or higher) Windows® 8.1 Windows® 7 (Service Pack 1; Aero enabled) Microsoft Store version Windows® 10 (1607 Anniversary update or higher) To find out which version of Windows you have, please press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard, this will open the Run window. Please type: winver into the text field and press Enter. An About Windows window will appear showing you which version of Windows you have currently installed.
