foot_portrait
Hello Affinity-friends! =) I just bought a second copy of Affinity Photo for my son (13-yo) and I realized seconds later, that it would be cooler to let him use his own e-mail address when activating it. Is there a possibility to connect the license with his e-mail address? Best regards Chris
Brad Brighton
Serif will have to speak to whether the existing license can be converted or a refund issued... To the original goal, Serif sales can walk you though a process to get a redemption code that can be used with the Affinity Store account. A quick check suggests that 13 is the minimum age for that, though it's not explicitly stated. (13 is a "magic age" on the internet below which reputable sites do not collect information or (in many cases) even allow usage). foot_portrait 1 Quote https://bmb.photos | Focus: The unexpected, the abstract, the extreme on screen, paper, & other physical output. Staff SFurniss Posted October 8, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2019 For security reasons the email address you use when you place your order is permanently linked to the license this can never be changed. The only time you will need to enter this though is when you install the software. foot_portrait

Then you could work with Serif to to buy a redemption code that you could give to him instead.
