Connect license with another e-mail

Recommended Posts

Hello Affinity-friends! =) I just bought a second copy of Affinity Photo for my son (13-yo) and I realized seconds later, that it would be cooler to let him use his own e-mail address when activating it. Is there a possibility to connect the license with his e-mail address?

Best regards

Chris

Serif will have to speak to whether the existing license can be converted or a refund issued...

To the original goal, Serif sales can walk you though a process to get a redemption code that can be used with the Affinity Store account. A quick check suggests that 13 is the minimum age for that, though it's not explicitly stated. (13 is a "magic age" on the internet below which reputable sites do not collect information or (in many cases) even allow usage).

Thank you for your quick replies. Well, I messed this up then. *sigh* ^^

You could return the purchase if you haven't given it to your son yet. Contact affinityreturns@serif.com to do that.

Then you could work with Serif to to buy a redemption code that you could give to him instead.
