There is a bug (Affinity or iOS) that currently disallows opening ,afphoto or .afdesign but tiffs/jpgs, png seem to work fine. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). By the way, this shortcut look completely different that the downloadable one posted above: „Open Shortcut input in Photo“ vs „Open file in Photo“.
