Welcome to the forums Debbie.
This really depends on what sort of image you want to use for your window – bitmap/raster or vector – and what sort of window you want – small utility window, large bay window, office block floor-to-ceiling window, etc.
My first choice would be an image search for “window frame”, e.g. https://pixabay.com/images/search/window frame/
Or you can find a window you like and manually cut out the existing background to put your own image underneath.

Along the lines of what @GarryP suggested, I made this window view.afphoto file using an image of a casement window from Pixabay, erasing the glass & open parts of the window, added a compound-subtracted pair of rectangles for the wall (so I could easily adjust the cutout to fit the frame dimensions if I wanted to resize the window later on), & placed an example photo behind that.

It is just a quick & dirty example of one way to do this. There are many others.
