Linus Conrad
Hello, I noticed that after installing the newest version of Affinity Photo the white balance in in the whole program was of by a significant bit. It's not my Monitor because it only happens in Affinity Photo. Its not only the picture view but also the color picker and other color related tools. When rendering it uses the correct colors so it needs to be a Preview or UI problem. Does anyone had the same problem and knows how to fix it? Thanks in Advance
Staff Dan C Posted October 7, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 7, 2019 Hi Linus Conrad, Welcome to the forums This usually indicates an inconsistency/corruption within your colour profiles. Could you please confirm, do you have an ICC profile set against your monitor through your OS settings? Could you please provide a screenshot of Affinity Photo>Preferences>Colour for me? Linus Conrad 1 Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks!
