This was because I didn't know what was going on. Now I understand. Basically the more acute a corner is the more the mitre value has to increase and this can be determined visually. GarryP Posted October 6, 2019 Share Posted October 6, 2019 This GIF might help a bit. The stroke width is 20pt and the Mitre is 6pt. Watch the corners change as the angles decrease or increase.
