How to export PSD with editable text? From APhoto

Recommended Posts

It is not possible from any of the Affinity applications, but is something that Serif have stated they would like to be able to accomplish it someday. We (users) have no idea, though, if that will ever happen, or when.

I've had the same problem. A solution is to export the file in Affinity Photo  as a .PDF and use photopea.com to save that file as a .PSD file. The resulting file will have editable text layers in Photoshop. It would make life a lot easier if it were enabled in Affinity photo. I can't leave Adobe until that feature exists in the Affinity apps unfortunately.
