Blotto Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 I have just installed the latest update of Affinity Photo and I can no longer launch files from my version of Lightroom 4. This was not a problem with previous versions of Affinity Photo I could just choose a file in Lightroom click on edit in Affinity Photo select as a PSD doc and it would launch in Affinity Photo then when saving in Affinity Photo I could save as a PSD doc in same location as original and the save doc would replace the PSD copy I already had in Lightroom. This has not been a problem with previous updates. I have tried restarting computer but still not working. Affinity does launch from desktop icon. How do i fix this?
Staff stokerg Posted October 4, 2019 Staff Posted October 4, 2019 Hi Blotto and Welcome to the Forums, I've seen this happen before and setting up the External Editor in Lightroom again to point to the Affinity app resolved the issue. I only have access to Lightroom Classic here and this function is working fine with the latest Affinity Photo update
