We think that Apple have messed up their thumbnail preview process. This is not our code AFAIK

.... and yet if I browse folders where I have images stored, the thumbnails show without issue. .afphoto/design do not and attempting to open them via the Share option results in an error message. I think this is something to do with Photo and Design not 'registering ' correctly in iOS.

I am finding that say I have a folder of jpg files, ALL have valid thumbnails. However, once I open them in Affinity the icons disappear! This def seems like a bug in Affinity I am afraid.

It is highly frustrating as all those I have opened are not identifiable without opening.

Not buying mac desktop version until I have seen this ironed out. (and a whole load of other issues reading other posts :-(

Same problem here with iPad pro 2018 10.5" with iOS 13.2.

All file icons for the .aphoto files in the Affinity Photo folder are white. When I click on them, the preview is still empty (white). When I copy them to the icloud drive, the icon changes to the "Affinity Icon", still no "preview icon". But now I can click and preview the file.
