Would you mind to let us know ... 

– what results you get (error message, download file, log-in etc. ?)
– how you update (from inside the app or from downloaded installer file)
– which Affinity products
– in which OS?

macOS 10.14.6, Macbook Pro Retina 15" + Eizo 27" // Affinity preferred in Separated Mode + Merged Windows

Welcome to the forums :)

I'm sorry to hear setup is failing for you. Please could you call up the run box by holding down the Windows key and tapping the letter R and then enter the following %temp%\AffinitySetup into the run box and click ok.  This should open a folder, with some other folders in.  Open the latest folder and there should be 2 log files, Setup.log and SetupUI.log. Please attach these two files to this thread. This will allow me to look into this further with you.
