Staff Chris B Posted October 4, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 4, 2019 Hi nahoj, What happens if you make a copy (from the preferences button)? Is that also grey? Have you tried restarting the iPad? Can you try dragging the grey document to Files or to an email and try attaching it here so we can look at it? Staff Chris B Posted October 30, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hey nahoj, Apologies—I got a response from the developers the day you attached your file and I completely forgot to get back to you. The file itself appears truncated. It is exactly 60.00 MB or 62,914,560 bytes which just would never happen unless there was a program error and we've someone chopped bits off somehow. This is being looked at but I'm sorry to inform you the file is not recoverable. I am so sorry.
