Siec Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 Hello all. I'm new here I haven't found a satisfactory answer to my problem, that's why I'm starting a new topic. I have the pictures saved in pdf (the printer automatically saves a new scan to a pdf file). What was my surprise when the program made a mistake. I have the latest version 1.7.3 I don't have such a problem with other files. Can anyone help me? best regards

Staff DWright Posted October 3, 2019 Staff Posted October 3, 2019 Can you please provide more information on the type of PDF file that your printer creates when it scans a photo.
Siec Posted October 16, 2019 Author Posted October 16, 2019 Hello everyone after the break. I attach one of the files. Unfortunately, I can't provide too much information about the file. Maybe I'll join one ... Someone else scanned and unfortunately I don't know what hardware they were created on (HP probably). Scan0147.pdf
VIPStephan Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Just for the records: I was able to work around this problem by opening the PDF in Acrobat Reader, saving it as PDF again (“Save as…”) and then opening that in Affinity Designer. It gave me some strange text boxes but basically everything else was there.
