Do you have a document saved that you could attach so I can have a go? Are you using Metal? Although it didn't crash today when I perform the same actions. Staff Chris B Posted October 2, 2019 Staff Share Posted October 2, 2019 I got the crash the first time I tried this (with Metal enabled) and then I tried it without Metal and it wouldn't crash. Turning Metal back on doesn't give me the crash now. I did get a crash report so it might be enough for the developers. All I had done was put a style on an image, mask it out and then when I went to paint in the areas I wanted it crashed everytime - I tried it 4 times with exactly the same result!. EddCh Posted October 12, 2019 Share Posted October 12, 2019 Just want to add my voice to this. Since updating to AP v1.7.3 it has (on several occasions) suddenly crashed without any warning. Hi BobT, Have you tried disabling Metal compute from Preferences > Performance? If you have some crash reports, please attach them so I can add them to the original bug report.
