It changes number incrementally, one at a time. Cute extra effect: Hold Shift and it moves 10 at a time. And hold Ctrl and it moves 0.1 at a time. But... the Ctrl tweak only works on left Ctrl. Not right Ctrl. On Win10. Microsoft Natural 4000 keyboard. Not losing sleep about this one. It is trivial but worth mentioning. Thanks Edit - I've just checked macOS and the equivalent keys work (left-alt and right-alt).
