Gunny
I was working in latest AP beta 1.7.3.481 and I needed to get info about some dark pixels. The Info panel was disabled so I enabled it. The panel appeared but it did not work. The location (X and Y) was changing according to my mouse position but all ARGB/CMYK values were stuck to zeros. I restarted AP and after that the Info panel started to work. * I experienced some other unexpected behaviour too (the brush did not paint at all, the cursor of the brush turned to a single dot, etc.) but so far I can't identify the exact situation when it happened. Staff Chris B Posted September 30, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 30, 2019 Hi Gunny, It almost sounds like the mouse was away from the spread... I don't think NaN pixels would even report all values as 0 so I'm not too sure what may have even happened here How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials

The pointer (I use both mouse and Wacom tablet) was definitely on the picture. It was the first time I needed info with the latest beta so I suspected the Info panel was not properly initialized. Unfortunately I could not repeat that. (i.e. disable Info, restart AP, enable Info - and it worked this time) Chris B

I'd love to have reproduced it though. I'll be looking out for it from now on.
