Adding/Deleting pages & Keeping facing pages format

Recommended Posts

Being new to the group, I believe I posted the question below in the wrong place. Please help if you can.

I am now ready to add the front matter to a book and have noticed just adding a page has shifted the left/right format of facing pages THROUGHOUT the book. I had this happen when the book only had a few pages and manually made things right. However, with 100+ pages to deal with, it is a super waste of time. I’m certain there is a way around this, but I don’t know what it is. Please help. I have not found a video tutorial that could.

there are a couple of things you can do if you are wanting to add pages at the end of the document please make sure that the last page number is in the After Page number box, if you are wanting to add pages in the middle of your document please make sure the the page number of the right hand facing page of where you want to insert the pages is entered and the number of pages to be added is even then the facing page content will stay the same.
