Custom Color Pallette from Image - CRASH!

Hi pummelfee,

I've just tried this myself with various images (JPG, PNG, CMYK TIF, CR2 Raw) and they've all worked when previewing. Could you zip up and attach (to stop the forum software interfering with) the image, along with a copy of the crash report that appears after it has crashed.

Also does it crash when you click on Preview, after selecting the image or when you click on the 'Create' button.

Thanks

Hi Gitmesteak,

Thank you for the video and files. Could you try clicking 'Preview' and ensuring the amount of colours shown has updated to match the value you want before clicking 'Create'? I believe it is crashing when the previewed colours and the value are out of step. We've been able to reproduce this on El Capitan when this seems to be the case, but not on Mojave and Catalina.

Thanks!

We have replicated this problem in some circumstances (crashes for me sometimes), and subsequently found other reports that we were previously not able to replicate. Now we need to find the exact cause.
