I am testing Affinity Photo (trial) on Windows PC. I have problem with Paint Tool Brush - when I draw line, it is very sharp and you can see so many pixels. I tried all brush settings and it always looks bad.
Please help

Really, I tried every combination of brush settings in every zoom level and it looks the same.
Also I tried it on different size and resolution of documents.

I try this on different brushes and it looks good only in 100% zoom level, when I choose other zoom in / out looks bad.

On your screenshot, 125% looks right, it should be.

Not sure about 65%, check the View Quality settings in Preferences. Set to Bilinear.
