I have sent an email to affinityorders@serif.com but gmail says that it cannot deliver the email. As I am using a new computer I need to reinstall the software and enter the product key. Your purchase of Affinity Photo and Affinity Publisher were made using a gmail email address the same as your forum account. Your PayPal purchase of Affinity Designer is under a different Affinity Store account using a "smartnet.solutions" email account. Please check that one too, the product key is there.
