PLEASE READ THIS: Using and searching the FAQ forum

This forum has a list of common asked questions we have had from users (and our answers). Within each post we have included everything we can say about that topic for the time being. Only staff post in this forum, but everyone can read it.

 Just a few things to bear in mind:

• We are still adding to this dynamic list. We will add to it over time, and edit posts when our response changes.
• Any threads you are particularly interested in, you can "follow" it to receive updates on it (use the Follow option near the top of any thread).
• Please understand the search of these forums before you post in the support forums.
• This forum is for the common queries. If an issue is asked enough times Serif staff will add it here so we do not need to repeat ourselves and so help improve the forum search results and save users time.

Most questions have already been asked many times, and you could probably save a lot of time by finding our standard answer. Also we will post here when we have updated information on and FAQ post.
