unexpected ratio changement on pinned/unpinned groups

Recommended Posts

Hi,

1. The one on this page above (with thick color strokes): the  pictures where screen shooted (one by one) with snipping tool out of a Open Office ppt document and placed (ctl-V) into pub. the 3 text lines where written in afpub. Next: grouped  all  together by ctl-G.

2. the one with the finer lines (.afpub) was a grouped element copied (ctl-C) from a indesign V6 document and copied (ctl-V) into afpub. But i can ungroup them (ctl-shift-G) and group again (ctl-G), its the same behaviour.

But that doesn't matter ... look at  "multi pinned .afpub" (attached). Its a new document.

page 1: poor text and elements

page 2.: elements grouped (ctl-G)

page 3:  elements pinned to text

page 4: elements unpinned

page 5, 6: unpinned, pinned, unpinned ... each time you click on pinned/unpinned, the shapes getting more and more scrambled...

We have made fixes/improvements to this area (Pinning/unpinning to resized frame causes picture to scale by resized amount) of the program in the latest release.

The fixes and how to update are described in these forum posts.

We would appreciate you checking that this issue has now been resolved for you,
