Indem du die Silbentrennung aktivierst.

Und notfallls, falls Worte nicht enthalten sind, dann eigene, aber bedingte Trennungsstriche eintippst, die bei Bedarf aktiv werden.

Im Text sind sie als blaue kurze Querstriche sichtbar:

Silbentrennung ist aktiviert. Darum geht es ja auch nicht. Durch Silbentrennung werden die Wortteile kürzer. Ich möchte aber das Wort ungetrennt und ohne künstliches spacing einfach nur linksbündig oder rechtsbündig gesetzt haben. In InDesign gibt es dafür die Möglichkeit zu wählen in den Absatzeinstellungen unter "Abstnde/Einzelnes Wort ausrichten".

This option is not available I think, but you can workaround this.

a) To make the single align left: Add a tab after this word

b) Add hard line breaks and select the wanted alignment

I would not be surprised if there were other (better) workarounds.
