When you are ready to export to PDF you can set the Colour Space (CMYK, RGB) and Colour Profile by selecting the More option on the export window. During the export your colours will be converted into that colour space. It's best practice after exporting to open the PDF and check the colours, quality etc to ensure everything is correct. It's also worth getting into the habit of designing your document and it's elements in the colour space you want to export to, then everything will match.

@Lee D I had trouble getting some coulors to work for me in CMYK matched easier in HSL. I did try to stick to CYMK it's just my lack of experience in sorting the colours.

Thanks for the advice will checkout the video. It looks OK in PDF. Just needs a little tidying up but I'm pleased with my effort so far.
