pinecoast Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 Hi there, I'm having an issue with Designer. This has been reoccurring for a few weeks now. Sometimes when I try to open it multiple times in a row, it just works. No clue why. Then the next day it won't work at all. Latest version of Windows.
Staff Lee D Posted September 18, 2019 Staff Posted September 18, 2019 When it doesn't open, do you receive any messages on screen? You could try checking the Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application to see if any errors show for the times when Designer was attempting to open. For us to look into this we would need a workflow to follow that would allow us to reproduce the issue on our systems.
