Hi there, I'm having an issue with Designer. This has been reoccurring for a few weeks now. Sometimes when I try to open it multiple times in a row, it just works. No clue why. Then the next day it won't work at all. Latest version of Windows.

When it doesn't open, do you receive any messages on screen? You could try checking the Windows Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application to see if any errors show for the times when Designer was attempting to open.

For us to look into this we would need a workflow to follow that would allow us to reproduce the issue on our systems.
