Donald Nelson Posted September 17, 2019 Author Share Posted September 17, 2019 I have Windows 8.1. When it comes to computer functions I am as dumb as a rolling river rock. Don't understand geek and what's worse I have no idea where to search for anything except where to sigh in to my account and at the search area. I did find that when I tried to run the trial version a popup showed the following... Something was blocked, then We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer. I see this same message each time I turn my computer on. Frustrating for sure. I've been trying to search for repairs and driver downloads and I am getting no where, like stuck in a circle. Staff stokerg Posted September 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted September 18, 2019 Hi Donald, Can you try downloading the Net Framework offline installer from here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2088631 Once downloaded, just run it and it should install.
