HolgerChristensen
I have been using Affinity Designer for some time and I am loving the new isometric editing options. One weird thing I have noticed is that when you are editing in a plane and try to group some elements, the group itself is not in the isometric plane. This might be intended but to me seems a bit counter intuitive. I would expect when grouping elements in the same plane that the group is still in that plane. What I would have expected (Left). What happened (Right)
Tourmaline
Move the group around and see if they stay in plane.
HolgerChristensen
The content of the group stay in their respective planes, but for example scaling the group does not scale the content in their planes. It would be useful to be able to drag the gui to scale on the different axis of the plane(like the first image would do). The group does indeed do some snapping to the currently selected grid plane but it seems kind of weird to me.
